Démontage de l'échangeur

Moi je penchais pour une fuite d'air car lorsque j'embraye j'ai moins d'injection et donc moins de demande d'air, la fuite disparait donc.
On dirait que quelque chose se remplit lorsque j'accélère et que dès que c'est sous pression ça commence à fuir.

L'embrayage à été changé par Opel il n'y a même pas 30.000 kms.
C'est quoi le rapport avec les freins ? J'ai juste changé disque et plaquettes avant.

En tout cas ça confirme que les durites d'eau passent très proches mais ne seront pas à démonter.

Mais j'y pense, si je mettais une durite de la sortie du turbo jusqu'à l'entrée du collecteur je verrais bien s'il y a toujours la fuite ou pas non ?

Ca va me faire manquer de pêche ou alors ça va faire chauffer ? Parce que là d'un coup ça me refait penser à ma température qui est toujours à 92°c... Un rapport ou pas ?

Bon voilà j'ai attaqué le démontage...

Premier aperçu après avoir fais un peu de ménage, des traces de vapeur d'huile sur le haut de l'échangeur, tout gras et ça coule le long de l'échangeur:


En voyant ça je pensais déjà détenir la réponse à savoir échangeur HS.

On attaque le démontage, vraiment grosse galère à démonter, je pense que le top c'est de démonter le pare-chocs et le radiateur car vraiment compliqué d'accès et faut vraiment en vouloir après pour le sortir par le haut.

Donc une fois tout demonté, je récupère la durite qui va de la sortie turbo au bas de l'échangeur et je l'adapte pour la brancher en direct afin de by-passer l'échangeur. JE part faire un essai, toujours ce bruit, l'échangeur n'est donc pas en cause malgré cette huile qui est venu de je ne sais où...

J'ai ensuite mis l'échangeur sous pression, ras, pas de fuite d'air...

Arghh tout ça pour rien, hop remontage de l'ensemble et recherche ailleurs, mais malheureusement rien trouvé..

Ce bruit apparaît:
- Dès que je roule
- A toutes les vitesses

N'apparaît pas:
- Accélération à l'arrêt
- En roulant mais débrayé
