Je confirme pour le serrage, 25 Nm + 90° + 90° + 90° + 15°.

Cependant avec certains joints de culasse, ils précisnet parfois 25 Nm - 90° + 25 Nm + 90° + 90° + 90 °.

Mais les recommandations Ope sont les premières.

Dis dis dis, j'ai pas encore remonté ma culasse, j'ai aussi commandé des vis chez Oscaro, lesquelles t'avais prises ?

bon pour les vis de marque CORTECO, elle sont reparti au service garantie de chez oscaro.
j'en ai commander d'autres ches oscaro, des AJUSA, en plus il donne un peu de graisse au cuivre pour y mettre sur les fillets. j'ai aussi commander un autre joint de culasse, je prefere etre prudent

il y a vraiment un probleme !!!!!!!!!!!!!, je viens de recasser une vis toute neuve !!!!!!!!!!! sur la premiere vis j'avais regler la clé sur 8 Nm pour serrer progressivement, elle a claquer a 8Nm, après je l'ai regler a 15 N.m et normalement après j'alais a 25 N.m, mais elle a pas depasser les 15 N.m !!!!!!!! ou est le probleme ?????

quelqu'un peut me dire, sur ma clé , j'ai un coté qui est en Newton.metre, sur l'autre coté il y a un autre coté qui est en M.kgs. je dois bien mettre la clé sur 25 et non pas 2.5 ?

sur ma clé il y a 2 coté, 1 coté en NEWTON Metre et un autre coté en M.Kgs, si je regle 10 N.m sur l'autre coté je lis 10 M.kgs, quelqu'un confirme que 10 N.m = 10 M.kgs ???? quelle est la conversion exacte ???

et si je te dis qu'une vis qui tient 16m.Kg casse quand tu essaye de la serrer à 25m.Kg, c'est normal :lol:

en vrac, et arrondi (j'ai pris G= 10 au lieu de 9.81):
1 daN.m = 1m.Kg
10 N.m = 1m.Kg

sur les clef dyna, c'est souvent marqué en tout petit: l'indication n'est pas en N.m, mais en daN.m. :?

Opel vend les visses à l'unité, 3.41 € la vis si j'ai bonne mémoire.

c'est balo ça tu as fait l'erreur une fois et heureusement ça n'as pas une de grave conséquence car ça aurait pu être pire !
Au moins la prochaine fois tu te plantera pas ;)
Enfin content que tu puisse remonter ta titine tu verra elle te le rendra bien ;)

bon voila, j'ai serrer les vis ce matin, et j'ai vraiment eu peur de casser la vis, j'ai bien senti la torsion de la vis. j'ai mis 1 heure 15 a serrer 10 vis!!! aucune n'a cassé. il ne mauque plus que a remonter le reste .
