la modif il me semble qu'il faut agrandir le petit trou qui est dans le corps au niveau du papillon. L'as tu bien nettoyé ce petit trou ?

oui mais comme la vanne egr c'etais pas tres sale ,c vraiment galere ce pb de ralenti sinon je vois pas quoi faire d'autre !!!

peut etre que c le systeme qui est derriere le papillon qui est fatigué ? d'apres le mecano il faudrait se pencher vers une durite qui serait porreuse mais ils ont pas trouvé et pour la modif c'est quel diametre?

Ca vient quasiment à coup sûr du papillon, c'est ultra classique sur ce moteur, il n'y a pas d emoteur pas à pas pour le ralenti.

Il faut s'assurer du bon état de tous les reniflards et des orifices sur lesquels ils arrivent.

Démonte complètement ton papillon, nettoie tout ça nickel, et un léger coup de WD40 pour que tout coulisse bien.

J'ai eu ce problème de ralenti et de moteur qui cale que j'ai pu résoudre en suivant les conseils avisés de Little Buddha: reniflards bouchés et tout encrassé côté papillon. C'est un grand classique, voire un défaut de conception, il semble...

D'ailleurs, il n'y a pas longtemps, ça avait recommencé. J'ai alors enlevé les deux reniflards, j'ai enlevé toute la saleté grasse qui les bouchaient (l'huile et l'humidité avaient produit une émulsion dégeux genre mayonnaise) et qui s'était inflitrée partout dans le collecteur. Problème résolu. Simple, mais efficace. Presque une opération de routine qu'on devrait tous faire de temps en temps.
