probleme chauffe 1.7TD URGENT

alors ce problème de chauffe vectra38 ?? c'est résolu ???

Je m'y attelle ce matin

Allez les nouvelles du jour, a priori tout va bien.

Ce matin, mon père m'a ramené son Astra, et j'ai donc demonte toutes les durites pour verifier si elles etaient encrassées, ce qui n'etait pas le cas, ensuite, j'en ai profité pour démonter le calorstat (declenchement: 92°).

Puis, changement de la sonde d'origine declenchement 100° par une de 85°, connectée sur la vitesse la plus rapide du ventilateur.

Une bonne purge, et voila, le moteur ne chauffe pas anormalement, et la sonde ventilateur declenche plus tot.

La durite la plus haute du circuit n'est pas dure du tout.

Je recapitule donc:

Durite la plus haute pas dure à chaud.
Pas de mayonnaise
Pas de bulles
Pas de fumée blanche
Circuit d'eau tres propre

= pas de joint de culasse (ouf!!)

par contre, le GAG:

La sonde 85/83° déclenche parfaitement, elle fait tourner le ventilateur 2 à 3 minutes contrairement à l'ancienne sonde qui declenchait à 100° et seulement 5 secondes.

Mais-parcequ'il y a un mais- ben quand la sonde déclenche à 85°, ben l'indicateur au tableau de bord indique....97°

Donc, nous avons affaire EN PLUS à une sonde "folle"

Je dois donc trouver une resistance a placer entre la sonde et l'indicateur afin qu'il indique les BONNES températures, mais quelle valeur puis je mettre???

difficile de definir une valeur... place une resistanse ajustable, (ou potentiometre) que tu regle jusqu'a obtenir un fonctionnement coherent. ca doit le faire

Je ne sais pas comment sont vos moteur mais le mieux ne chauffe pas du tout !!! Même en période de canicule avec une remorque...

Il monte vite à sa température de fonctionnement mais après c'est tout, il est très rare que le ventilo se mette en marche...
