Peut on supprimer l'EGR sur Vectra 2DTI

Bonjour,
Oui elle est supprimable, mais pas en retirant la durite de depression, il faut ouvrir le collecteur d'admission et faire une plaque fixé sur le retour des gaz d'échappement.
Pour le ct il faudrat démonté a chaque fois, pas top.

à voir si ça passe sur un diesel pour ma part j'ai passé le CT avec la vanne EGR condamné et aucun soucis (Vectra B V6 essence)

Sinon sur diesel je sais pas si ça se condamne si facilement que ça.

Si c'est une pneumatique je sais que nos confrères étrangers ont déjà mis au point un système electronique afin de berner l'electronique et de supprimer de façon totale la vanne.

Pour une géré purement par l'electronique une plaque pour obstruer les conduits suffit.

J'ai de l'espoir alors moi je veux la virer.
Mais Est ce que quelqu'un l'a déjà fait et est ce que le moteur tourne bien ?? Arachnidia tu l'as fait ? Ou tu la met la plaque exactement ? Je ne suis pas un pro des "tuyaux".

Et pourquoi ca serait pas possible d'obstruer le conduit qui amène les gaz d'échappements, la vanne y verai rien l'ECU non plus.
C'est une intervention mécanique et non pas électrique, la vanne agi toujours mais dans le vide.

et oui rien n'est impossible arachnidia mais je reste dans la legaliter.

il faut bien diferencié essence et diesel au controle technique les messures prises ne sont pas faite de la meme maniere.

Pour vous éviter de démonter et remonter vos collecteur d'échappement pour rien, je vous le dit, ça ne sert à rien de fermer le conduit des gaz entre le collecteur et la culasse sur les DTI.

Car quand la vanne EGR s'ouvre il doit avoir une perte de pression dans le collecteur de 3% mini sinon le voyant défaut s'allume, ce qui entraine perte de puissance ...

J'ai essayé et j'ai tout démonter à nouveau pour ouvrir le conduit, beaucoup de temps perdu pour rien.

Enfin si quelqu'un possède la solution miracle, je suis preneur également.

Vu sous cet angle, je m'incline

c'est par l'info du debimètre que le calculateur sait si la vanne ne fonctionne pas en position fermé ou ouverte.
