La cartouche deshydratante sert à éliminer l'eau du circuit de gaz R134a, pas de l'habitacle. Rien à voir avec ton problème.
Je penses que ton problème est simple. Quand tu fabriques du froid, les vapeurs d'eau contenues dans l'air se condensent sur l'évaporateur. C'est ce que l'on appelle des condensats. Ils sont évacués par gravité vers l'extérieur.
Pour résumer, il y a un truc qui ressemble à un radiateur dans ton habitacle. C'est l'évaporateur. c'est le récéptacle à condensats qui est défectueux ou le tuyau d'évacuation qui est percé. Si tu dois le changer ou faire une bricole pour réparer, utilises un tuyau en silicone ( hein Stilicon) car le plastique finit par casser. L'eau est froide!!!
Bon courage pour le démontage.
Attention, ne démontes aucun tuyaux du circuit de gaz, sinon, recharge obligatoire.
P.S.: Normalement, il faudrait tout de même changer la bouteille deshydratante tous les 3/4 ans. Mais personne ne le fait. (Ca coute une bouteille à 80€ + une recharge)

Merci pour le topo qui me paraît convaincant sauf que je ne visualise pas le fameux évaporateur dont tu parles. L'humidité semble sortir de nulle part.
Pour l'instant, je roule clim en marche (et elle fonctionne, je précise bien) mais sur des trajets assez courts. Pas d'écoulement constaté. A suivre.......

Pas compliqué avant toute chose voir d'où le problème peut provenir.

Et pour cela démonter la console centrale (celle qui enjolive le frein à main, le levier de vitesse et sur laquelle il y a l'accoudoir)
Il s'agit de quelques vis.

Après une fois le bloc enlevé fait un test et regarde d'où ça viens car le système de ventilation et sa tuyauterie passe derrière le cendrier. ;)

Tu as la durit des condensats qui est bouchée.

J'ai déjà eu le même problème sur une Laguna. Le tuyau était tout simplement bouché et l'eau se dispersait sur le tapis côté passager avant.
Il a suffit de passer une tige métallique dans le tuyau pour le déboucher.
Maintenant à toi de trouver la sortie de cette fameuse durit.
