[DÉPLACÉ] ceinture de securite arriere centrale

Salut,

J'ai deja eu ce pb sur mon Zafira et bonjour la galere pour y remedier j'y suis aller a l'estime car pas de forum pas de RTA ou autre Haynes.

Il y a un cable qui bloque l'enrouleur lorsque tu bascules le dossier du siege. C'est ce cable qui etait defait et qui bloquait l'enrouleur.

Bon ce qu'il faut faire de memoire:

1- Defaire l'habillage du siege en commencent par le bas puis le cote du siege pour acceder au mecanisme d'enrouleur.

2- Je crois qu'il faut demonter l'enrouleur pour remettre le cable dans son logement. Il y a une petite piece et plastique blanche qui immobilise le cable.

3- Faire un petit essai avant de remonter. Verifier si l'enrouleur n'est plus bloque lorsque le dossier est en position relevee. Basculer le dossier. L'enrouleur doit etre bloque. Remonter le dossier et re-verifier si l'enrouleur n'est pas bloque. Si tj pb c'est la cable qui est ressorti de son logement. (C'est ce qui m'est arrive apres remontage complet)

4- Remonter l´habillage du siege.

Pour l'outillage a part une cle Torx de 45 le reste c'est du standard. Quoi que le Torx c'est du std pour bricoler sur le Zafira

La ceinture centrale arrière de mon zafira est bloquée. En fait il s'agit de l'enrouleur qui s'est bloqué quand j'ai rabattu la banquette pour charger la TV de mon frère. Maintenant je ne peux plus relever le dossier du siège arrière coté chauffeur.

J'ai essayé de taper un peu sur le dos du siège pour débloqué le système mais je pense que je n'ai plus assez de mou pour décoincer l'enrouleur. J'ai voulu démonter le point d'ancrage, mais il n'est pas vraiment accessible et en plus il a l'air d'être serrer a mort !

Je ne sais plus quoi faire (a part allez chez OPEL) !!!

J'ai eu le même soucis sur ma Vectra B

En fait il y a plusieurs mécanismes de sécurité (d'ailleurs je ne vois toujours pas à quoi ça sert.)

Le premier est qu'il faut que la banquette soit en position inclinée dans le véhicule pour fonctionner (bille en plomb dans un logement qui sort si la banquette n'est pas en position et vérouille la ceinture)

Le second il faut qu'elle soit bien clipsé (bouton qui sert à dégager la banquette remonté à fond).

Le dernier est un barre métallique servant à déverrouillé le mécanisme une fois la banquette en place dans le véhicule.

Pour se débloquer 2 solutions :
dégarnir la housse et accéder au mécanisme (super galère)
ou tenter d'enlever le point d'ancrage, de remettre la banquette bien en place puis de revisser le tout.
