SOS bougie de préchauffage cassée

J'ai eu un probleme similaire et il a fallu deculasser
pour extraire la bougie cassée(vectra 2L dti de 98).
Essaye de trouver un petit mécano qui te prendra bp moins chère qu'opel.

salut fabio...on m'a parlé d'un apareil qui se visserait dans la bougie et qui pourrait l'extraire..qui connait cela? est-ce risqué? merci tout de meme pour ta réponse, ca me rassure de ne pas etre le seul lol

Il existe un appareil qui permet d'extraire des boulons, je l'ai utilisé pour en extraire un sur une opel Kadett (support moteur). Mais il faut percer avant d'extraire, et je ne sais pas si on peu percer une bougie de préchauffage. Cela me parait dangereux, si tu loupes la manip cela te couteras encore plus cher.

Ca s'appelle un 'ourne à gauche' ou 'queue de cochon'.

Il faut percer auparavant avec un mêche plus fine, bien droit, nickel

Ensuite tu enfiles la queue de cochon et quant tu visses, ca dévisse le tout....

Seul soucis, je ne sais pas quelle est la matière de la bougie, tu peux tenter en y allant bien sagement

attention aux dégats! j'ai eus un problème similaire une bougie etait cassé dans un moteur 1.7l td isuzu.j'ai voulu extraire la bougie avec un tourne a gauche et j'ai cassé le tourne a gauche dedans(les bougies de préchauffe sont collées à la loctite).par desespoire j'ai continué à rouler quelques temps avant de la déculassé.
Eh ben heureusement que j'ai fini par la déculassé car le bout de la bougie etait pret a tomber dans le cylindre.

Limite il faut procéder au desserage à chaud, l'alu doit être plus mou que la bougie et ça doit attendrir la loctite.

merci pour votre aide...je vais laisser tourner le moteur comme ca pour l'instant...j'ai résolu le probleme de démarrage a froid, les durites retour go qui étaient fissurées...

c clair, a ce prix, remet un echange standart, ce sera quasi le meme prix je pense, car moi en angletterre un moteur 2l DTI avec 50000km vo env 1000€ pour avoir une idée

mais bon, un exemple, tu prends une austin montego, uniq ce mod, o garage, nous refusons de les faire, car il ya toujours une peu du pas de vis qui depasse a l"interieur de la culasse, ça cuit et apres je te raconte pas la suite pour demonter, bon sur ceux bon courage

bah de toute manière ca démare tres bien avec 3 bougies sur 4 !

mauvaise nouvelle, je disais avoir changer ces durites de retour go mais le matin, toujours le meme probleme de démarrage...grrr
En rajoutant du sans plomb dans le réservoir, cela améliore t'il la qualité du démarrage? merci

Moi je n'essaierai pas, les pompes à injections étant déjà fragiles là dessus.
De toutes façons quand une bougie est grillée, les autres ne vont pas tarder à suivre.
Si tu arrive à passer la fin de l'hiver comme ça c'est bon tu auras le temps de voir avant le prochain.

Trouve toi un petit garagiste pour le faire si ton moteur n'est pas trop kilométré et qu'il tourne bien.
